Please note that item #9 in the petition was whited out. Additionally, the clerk told us, my case had been assigned to an extremely anti-TS judge. After the Notice is published, you will get a notarized affidavit from the paper in the mail, bring it to the court and have it clocked in and get a copy of the clocked-in affidavit. You must jump through a sequence of hoops to get to your goal.
