YES- We hope that we can make agreements and contracts to stay at one hotel, however sometimes we need to make a change or that hotel may not be available. We will let our guests know if any changes were made to location prior to our event.
Once you make a reservation an account is created and associated with the email address you used to make the reservation.
This year promises to be the biggest and best yet, with unforgettable events, dazzling performances, and non-stop fun all under one roof at our host hotel. Please note that bags and glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons. GayDays® attracts over 180,000+ celebrants from across the nation and around the globe!

How much is parking at the event?
We do our best when it comes to parking, we do try to contract a lower rate for our visitors each year. Currently we do not have information on parking for 2025.

The hotel is approximately a 15 min drive from the Orlando International Airport, additionally the hotel is within a 15 min drive to the surrounding major theme parks.
However we do not plan that event. We just allowed them to use our name.
Is Gay Days® kid friendly?
Gay Days is an adult event, most of our events are 18+. If you attend you may see adults in tight speedos, but nudity is not allowed in public spaces.
What is included in my hotel stay?
For 2026 included in your hotel reservation are tickets for the following (For TWO) :

Any additional onsite overnight vehicles will be an additional charge by the hotel.
Onsite Event Parking will be offered at $30 plus tax per day. You may buy individual tickets ala carte, or we offer select passes that include multiple events at a discounted rate.
The host hotel charges a $25 per day Resort Fee. If we reach our Quota of Rooms this will be free.
The Fitness Center will be Complimentary for all Overnight Guests.
Internet will be Complimentary for all Overnight Guests.
Overnight Guest Parking rate will be $30 plus tax per day per vehicle, One per room.

Although it all began with a daytime trip to Walt Disney World, GayDayshas inspired and nurtured some of the largest and most incredible events and parties in the world, and for 2024, GayDays is returning home to the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld as the GayDays host hotel, from May 30, 2024 - June 3, 2024.

Are you a part of Gay Days® Disneyland?
We like to think of Gay Days® at Disneyland our Sister Event.
There is a large grassy pet relief area with waste station on the property.
When you book your vacation destination hotel room with us your tickets to the Pool Parties are included. All other events such as Porn Bingo, Red Room, Foam Parties etc.

VIP Upgrade option is for new reservations only and this upgrade is for one person only, not everyone in the reservation. You may not cancel and make a new reservation
BOGO Tickets and passes can be purchased with or without a hotel reservation.
Black Friday Deals will not appear on your reservation right away please give us 24-36 hours to process and update the orders.
We are delighted to inform you that beverages are permitted at the pool area.

We encourage you to make the most of the hotel's bars, dining options, and amenities to show your support and appreciation.
Check in to the hotel is 4PM. Do not expect to have your room earlier than that. In some cases some of our guests do get lucky and able to get their room earlier than 4PM.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld welcomes two pets up to 70 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay.
