I’m still doing ballroom as well and won the last two balls.
MH: How has your training routine evolved over the years?
DMM: Last year in August, I found a new coach who told me, "I don’t bullshit people, but you have a great physique, man, and I can help you transform it even more." I started training with him, and I gradually noticed a change in my body.
That’s why I love it—because I can have both worlds; not have to choose.
Even the community aspect is amazing. I often talk about the masc-fem spectrum. Having clear goals will keep you motivated.
This can lead to people feeling overwhelmed, giving up on their goals and not living their best life.
